1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Blogic Consulting s.r.o., Company ID: 11833459, registered at Nad Stráněmi 5656, 760 05 Zlín (hereinafter the "Provider") and its clients (hereinafter the "Client") in the provision of consulting and related services.
2. Scope of Services
The Provider offers the following services:
– consulting services in digital transformation
– AI strategy and technology advisory
– strategic and process consulting
– other professional services as individually agreed
The specific scope of services is always defined in a contract or purchase order.
3. Contract Formation
The contractual relationship is established on the basis of:
– a written contract
– a confirmed purchase order
– email confirmation of a proposal
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
The price of services is determined individually based on the scope and nature of the project.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
In the event of late payment, the Provider may charge statutory interest on arrears.
5. Liability
The Provider is liable for the professional execution of services.
The Provider is not liable for damages arising from incorrect use of deliverables or failure to provide necessary cooperation by the Client.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding confidential information obtained during the cooperation.
7. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The Provider reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The current version is always available on the website.
These terms and conditions are effective from 19 February 2026.
